FAQ - Process and Turnaround
All my orders include digital proofs with unlimited revisions after purchase. If you do not like your digital proof once you see it, I do offer full refunds before printing, no questions asked. You just need to purchase first to get in my queue. I do this because my schedule is booked and I don't want to delay paying customers in receiving their proofs on time. If you would like to proceed, please place your order to get started.
Proofing time : 1-2 business days. (Your personalized digital proof will be emailed to you for review).
Print time: 2-3 business days. (Once you approve your proof, your order will be sent to print.)
Shipping Time: 1-5 business days (Continental USA only)
Rush printing and shipping options are available.
Please check your spam/junk mail. The proof email will come from the sender "Orange Valentine" with a subject of "Orange Valentine has sent you a New Proof" and the email address of firstname.lastname@example.org
If you do not remember which email address you provided for the proof or you still can not locate your proof, please email me at email@example.com
Your proof will expire after two months. If I am unable to make contact with you during this time, your order will be canceled and refunded with an exception of a $6 charge for the time spent on the proof design.
Reprints are available at a 20% discount. You can order these here.
I do no currently offer wholesale, but I do offer bulk pricing in large quantities. If you need a larger quantity that what you see on the site, please contact me for pricing.
You will receive a proof to the email provided 1-2 business days following purchase. Once you receive the proof email, please click on the link in the email and follow the directions. You can either click approve and your order will go to print or you can request changes and I will send a new revised proof.
If you receive your proof and it did not work out the way you expected, you can request changes or you can request to switch to a different design template. If you still do not like your proof, I do offer full refunds before printing.
No, we are do not proofread your text or art. You are responsible for review and approving your design art and text. Once you approve, we cannot make any changes to your art.
FAQ - Product Options
All of our products can be customized in any of our suggested color swatches, or any custom color you provide. You can see color suggested color options on the product option page.
Our printers print in 4 color CMYK. We do not print pantone inks, however we can color match as closely as possible to a provided pantone color.
All of our paper is white however we can print a full bleed kraft texture background or ay custom color background on both sides of the paper stock.
We do not offer gold foil stamping at this time, however we can print faux foil which is a printed image of foil to represent the effect. You can see examples of this on our product option page.
Currently we only offer flat printing. We do not emboss, letter press or add gloss varnish.
Yes! If you would like to include a logo or photo on any or our products, there is a place to upload your art when adding customizations during checkout. Alternatively you can email the art after purchase with your invoice number to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please provide your logo or art in vector (.eps/.ai) or as a .png or .jpg in 300 dpi resolution or higher. If you are providing full bleed art, please make sure to include a .125'' bleed on all edges. You can find more info on specs and providing art on the product options page.
Our current paper stock options can be found on the product options page here. If you are looking for something different, please contact me. I do offer some other stock selections by request only.
Variable Printing is available at an additional cost (+$8). Variable print is when elements such as text, graphics and images change from one printed piece to the next. For example, a different employee name and contact info on half the cards or different scent names on labels. Please note, variable printing is not available on round stickers.
Yes, all card stock and label stock is uncoated matte and is very easy to write on.
We do not have full waterproof labels, however our semi-gloss label stock is water resistant and holds up well with some contact with water an oil.
The adhesive is not included with our sleeves because clients use different methods depending on their product or item. You can use regular clear or decorative tape on the outside or double-sided tape, glue or glue dots on the inside.
For labels and sleeves: If you have the physical bottles with you, the best way to estimate the size would be to use a fabric measuring tape and wrap over the area where you would like to cover. If you purchased them online, but have not received them yet, please check the online specs listed. They often provide suggested label dimensions. If you are still unsure about what size to order, please contact me with specs and photos I can do my best to suggest a size, but ultimately you are responsible for measuring your products and approving the final size.If you need a custom size product, you can submit a request here.
Free string is available with all tag orders. If you do not have a place to tie the string to you product, I suggest using small safety pins.
FAQ - Shipping & Returns
We currently offer shipping outside the US on our etsy site only. If you are not located in the US, please visit our etsy shop to order.
Your order will ship 2-3 business days following your approval of the proof unless you paid for upgraded printing. If you have not approved your proof yet, please check your email and make sure you respond to your proof.
We do have rush printing and shipping options. You can upgrade your print turnaround to next business day on most orders and we also have 1 and 2 day shipping options.
You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Your order ships 2-3 days following your approval of the proof.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of custom items, unless the item arrived damaged or misprinted we do not accept returns or exchanges.If you made a mistake on your approval or you purchased the wrong size, please reach out to me. Although proofreading and approving sizing is your responsibility, I do try to offer courtesy discounts if you made an error or need to revise something.
