• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

• Custom orders are shipped 2-3 days following the approval of you proof.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Orange Valentine will not be held responsible for missing or lost items due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer.

• We do ship Internationally. please contact us for postage estimate.

• Merchandise must be unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days of order receipt. Only store credit will be given for returned merchandise.

• Custom Stationery can not be returned due to the nature of the product. However, if Orange Valentine is responsible for an error after the approval of your proof, we will work with you to correct it immediately.

• Used, opened and/or sale items cannot be returned.

• Store credit will be issued within 14 days less shipping and handling for all returns.

• No sales tax collected for orders outside of Pennsylvania.

• All orders addressed to Pennsylvania are charged an applicable sales tax of 7%.
